Q. A 26-year-old motorcyclist, travelling at 20 mph, has collided with a car. The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike. You are called to A&E because he complains of left flank pain. His pulse is 90 beats/minute, blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg, respiratory rate is 16 breaths/minute and oxygen saturation is 99%. How would you assess this patient?
