ABSTRACT
The proliferation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and their use to support military operations globally has resulted in a significant shortfall in adequate training resources for aircrew flying UAS missions, as well as UAS ground support personnel . Serious Game technologies can be used to provide an engaging and cost effective training solution. Serious Game technology is proving to be a viable solution for many individual training and learning tasks that rely on well-defined rules and behaviors to support disciplined decision-making.
