ABSTRACT

After reading the book .,Globalization" by Joseph E. Stiglitz and in confrontation with the professional experience of the authors (industry, didactics) some thoughts cross my mind. Many companies investing in developing countries to forget about the relationship of working conditions with the quality of work (Stiglitz, 2004). Success of an organization is conditional not only by technical and economic or marketing factors which create favorable conditions for a sense of personal safety of a member of the organization, such as: health, an accident-free job and satisfaction from the activity. In order to make it possible, there must be the atmosphere favorable to basic activities promoting safety. It means that the climate of organizational culture must be a characteristics of a particular organization (Musiol, Ujma W'lsowicz, 2008).
