ABSTRACT

The development of present economical business, social, proergonomic processes caused thc situation in which there appeared full-shape clusters. These ones, as it is described in literature on this subject, were classified referring to development or influence on the shape of proergonomic activities in a region. The cxample is the Lower Si1csia Source Clustcr in Poland. There is a specific group of firms with the leader in the head together with macroergonomic business surrounding. The need of cooperation and compctitiveness (as an attributive necessity of a cluster existence but not a holding in which there is a identifiable dominant finn) of the leader with the direct and indirect surrounding influences the pro ergonomic relations in the region Lubin-Polkowice in Poland (within the model-structure of the triple helixes: B+R, public sector, business sector). Thanks to the leader's specifics and its multitrack character as a dominant firm in the region (as regards its size, job providing capacity and its macro ergonomic surrounding) there are planned and realized characteristic proergonomic activities in the region of Poland described above. Thcse activities become the example to follow for the macrergonomic business surrounding. The ergonomical quality created by thc lcadcr and the firms around ought to be the priority in thc development of the region (star1ing from crgonomical education for thc needs of thc cluster to permanent skill lifting activitics for staff and ergonomical aspects of thc first, second and third cducation).
