ABSTRACT

Concept of Culture "is a set of beliefs and values shared by all or nearly all members of a group and it is from these beliefs and values that are established behavior and perception of the world of the people" (Coelho and MAGALHAES, 2001, p. 43). Organizational culture is the result of a continuous process of a trial of strength between psychic reality and the reality organizational aspects influenced by unconscious, instinctual and defensive (MENDES, 2004).
