ABSTRACT
Recently a number of industrial applications of magneto-sensitive (MS) elastomers have been developed considerably owing to providing relatively simple and quiet variable-stiffness devices as rapidresponse interfaces between electronic and mechanical systems including controllable membranes, controllable stiffness devices and applications for the active control of structural components.
