ABSTRACT
Dynamic centrifuge model tests were conducted to investigate the behavior of cohesive soil slopes during an earthquake, considering both the nailingreinforced and unreinforced slopes. On the basis of the observations, we analyzed the failure process of the unreinforced slope under the earthquake. The behavior and reinforcement mechanism of the nailing-reinforced slope were further discussed.
