ABSTRACT
The goal of this chapter is to discuss large enterprise messaging migration projects and help the information technology professional avoid many of the common pitfalls associated with these types of projects. Messaging migration is the process of moving users from one or more source e-mail systems to one or more destination e-mail systems. Large enterprise projects are those involving anywhere from a few thousand to over 100,000 users.
