During the past three years, a revolution within the corporate world has taken place
Companies started implementing Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange. Due to the sheer market share that these two products have captured, new companies have been born, or reinvented, and have dedicated themselves to creating products and services specifically geared toward automating the process of migrating from any other e-mail system to Notes or Exchange. This chapter discusses customer requirements for e-mail migration tools and utilities and goes on to describe features and functionality of products currently available on the market.
