ABSTRACT
The Hartmann and Poiseuille flows are unstable for large Reynolds numbers. To guarantee stability, our design task is to design feedback laws Uc ,Vc ,Wc , and Φc , so that the origin of the velocity fluctuation system is exponentially stable. Full state knowledge is assumed in this section.
