ABSTRACT
Being a highly conformal intensity-modulated radiation therapy technique, HT imposes multiple requirements for various aspects of a particular implementation of the intensity-modulated radiation therapy QA program. Table 90.1 summarizes the major components of the HT QA program established in our institution.
