ABSTRACT

Testifying in the courtroom is one of the most important duties of the law enforcement professional. It is where all of the hard work spent on a case comes to fruition. It is when Ÿrst responders get their chance to tell a judge and jury about what they observed and did in a case, and how and why they did it. A defendant’s life and liberty is at stake, and also at stake may be the professional credibility and reputation of the law enforcement professional.
