Compressional and shear velocities (Vp andVs respectively) measured in m/s were calculated from well logs using equations 1 and 2:
where DT = P-Slowness or the inverse of Vp in µs/ft; and DTS = S-Slowness or the inverse of Vs in µs/ft.
