ABSTRACT
In this study, liquefaction resistance of partially saturated sand is examined systematically through a series of triaxial tests. A series of centrifuge tests are also conducted on fully saturated and slightly unsaturated ground to look into the effects of degree of saturation on liquefaction of model ground. A way to measure the degree of saturation of model ground accurately is also developed.
