Design of experimental setup for 1 g seismic load tests on anchored retaining walls

The fundamental problem with 1 g physical models of seismic behaviour of structures is to guarantee the correspondence between the model and the prototype. In the case of geotechnical structures, an additional issue related to the presence of a container must be addressed.
