ABSTRACT
Of the many excellent reviews on III-V DMS we only mention a few. Dietl and Ohno’s concise review of the experimental and theoretical situation as of 2001 [1] is a good starting point. že extensive review by Jungwirth et al. [2] focuses on the theory of DMS, covering both ab initio calculations and the Zener kineticexchange theory discussed in this chapter. žis review of 2006 remains the most de¢nitive discussion.
