ABSTRACT
Safety culture improvement in ATM is major strategic safety objective in Europe. Safety culture aims to ensure that safety remains at the forefront of people’s minds, whether they are controllers, CNS,AIS, support staff or managers allocating resources and planning future strategies. Slovenia control engaged with Eurocontrol to deliver a safety culture survey at Slovenia Control during 2009. The presentation associated with this abstract describes the ANSP perspective from the agreement of the Director and Deputy Director, through the launch and conduct of the survey, to feedback and the final report and recommendations.
