ABSTRACT
The scientific interest on ship stopping performance has got a long history and the latest focus - refer eg. to Clarke & Hearn (1994), Hooft & van Manen (1968), Kynast (1981), Okamato et al. (1974), Sung & Rhee (2005). The following study significantly contributes to this area at least through the fully statistics based approach.
