ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: To find out how much social network service (SNS) information older people had, a preparatory investigation was conducted using a questionnaire. The subjects were 1 man and 51 women going to a dance studio in Yokohama City. The results showed that although they had some interest in SNS, they did not have much knowledge of the service. Therefore we conducted another investigation into needs for general SNS functions using a questionnaire. The subjects were dance trainees and staff of a junior high school and a high school, totaling approximately 100 persons. Furthermore we asked 229 students of a junior high school and a high school the same questions.
