ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: This research investigates the possibility of a virtual reality interface as a presentational medium in architectural design and the design process. The key point is to understand the effect on virtual reality presentation. There is analysis and discussion of whether a virtual reality interface is suitable as a presentational medium for architectural design or not. The conclusions are presented as two aspects of virtual reality as a presentational medium in architectural design. First, this research points out that virtual reality is suitable for architectural presentation for a design which has already been finished. Second, a virtual reality interface does not need to be applied to professional architectural presentation.
