ABSTRACT

One of the greatest challenges of the twenty-‹rst century would be to have an incessant supply of safe drinking water and clean air to breathe for the millions of living things all over the world. The major concern in this is not the depletion of air and water but the indiscriminate damage that is being done to them under the guise of industrial development. The day is not far off when they will become rare commodities. The problem being addressed in this book is concerned with the wastewater treatment.
