ABSTRACT
Biomedical micro-devices (BMMDs) are miniaturized functional systems developed at the microscopic length scale that can be used in surgery, therapeutic management and biomedical diagnostics. These devices have many advantages over their counterparts. They significantly improve the efficiency with smaller samples, faster response time, reduced use of reagents, reduced power requirements, in-
creased speed and accuracy of analysis, increased portability for field usage, and better performance [1].
