ABSTRACT
The Human Social Culture Behavior (HSCB) modeling program is working to develop reliable, validated forecasting/predictive models of human behavior based on social and cultural factors; to integrate HSCB processes and technologies into strategic, operational, and tactical level operations; and to provide socio-cultural understanding and skills needed for individuals and small teams engaged in irregular warfare operations. Understanding the requirements of potential HSCB technology users can help inform and guide research and development efforts.
