ABSTRACT
This chapter describes a novel hybrid modeling approach for training and simulation of full-spectrum missions. This approach applies knowledge of an area of operation at the macrosocial, mesosocial, and microsocial levels, to provide an accurate, up-to-date, and compelling simulation that includes kinetic and nonkinetic action. These simulations run at a variety of time scales and enable practice for individual or coordinated small group activities, as well as support the unique capability to practice real-time conversations with Alelo’s VRP® (Virtual RolePlayers) framework and to see the consequences of those interactions affect larger mission objectives.
