ABSTRACT

We are conducting a community-based participatory study called the "Kesennuma Kizuma" project. The aim, current status, and research issues are introduced in this paper. There are still many victims trying to recover from the Northeast Japan earthquake, which hit March the 11th, 2011. Temporary houses have been built and new life has started. But people in those houses in each district are gathered from different district and have to establish new social network. We have been trying to contribute to whose new communities with local organizations and nonprofit organizations. People will use a "Thank You Card" which is printed a barcode to participate charities meeting or to get coupon and so on. This work will present detail results of the system and efficiency to support the community.
