ABSTRACT
Metal wire network has been used in kitchen and our daily dinner table in Japan for long time. These metal wires net are made by hand work. In Kyoto where had been capital of Japan for one thousand years, many handwork crafts were born and grow up and metal wire net is one of these crafts. During processing wire net not only finger motion but eye movement are important factors in order to keep and continue the technique and skill to the next generation. In this paper eye movement of expert in metal wire net was measured and a characteristic was discussed. It was shown that analyzed eye movement assist the skill of finger motion.
