ABSTRACT

Agile enterprise is able to use short life time opportunities. This is possible if it is bright, flexible, intelligent and shroud. These four features constitute the agility. To manage agility it is necessary to shape these features. That can be achieved by using proper methods which are suggested by some metaphors of agility. In this paper three metaphors are used as a background to select the methods: bright eye of chameleon, flexibility of car engine, and the contextual sub-theory of intelligence as a metaphor of the shrewdness. Next, the methods that support achieving agility are presented.
