ABSTRACT
Ensure of thermal comfort in the workplace is an important factor for the safety and efficiency of employees. There is more important by work with hard physical work involving sources of excessive heat. An example of such work is forging press LZK 2500th. Blacksmith’s work is characterized by high physical demands with the dynamic nature of muscle work. Workers are exposed to negative factor, which is excessive noise, too. Aim of this paper is to assess the complex worker heat stress and to design and validate new mathematical model to determine the human body complex workload.
