ABSTRACT
The goal of this study is to discover the construction and factors of relationship between human reliability and un-safety behaviors. First, to investigate the operation of tanker with Allyl Alcohol and the operation of pouring Vinyl Acetate in the Dairen chemical factory, There are simple human machine interfaces in these operation zone, Including forklift transport objects, the operator controls and the movement of the operation of tanker.
