ABSTRACT

Team synergy is the main mode of R&D team knowledge work. How to effectively share ideas and knowledge among team members is the key problem of knowledge integration. We analyze the general working process of R&D team and find the problems, such as strong independence among subtasks, the lack of effective communication among members and product design process that is difficult to control. According to the problems, we put forward the knowledge working processes in team synergy modes. Then, the knowledge integration mechanisms, such as 3D interaction, multi-dimensional resources synergy, knowledge increment and conflict resolution, are discussed from the cognitive perspective. Finally, with the system theory, the model of knowledge integration oriented to team synergy is put forward from 5W1H (Who, What, Why, Where, When, How) aspects.
