ABSTRACT
This paper proposes human-centered design process support environment for a system design and development. For upper process of system development (from a system planning and proposal phase to a requirement definition phase), we developed the method for clarifying and describing customer needs concerning usability. This method was used for evaluation that describe customer needs about usability. Moreover the customer needs described by the method were compared with those described by a usability expert, so that the both needs were confirmed to be almost the same. From this verification, validity and usefulness of the method were verified.
