ABSTRACT
The characteristics of the usability task analysis are as follows. (1) The good point and bad point of the usability task analysis are efficient for collecting requirements and problems. Bad items can be changed into good items which mean user requirements. Sometimes the requirements become good design items for developed products. Because they are not usually noticed. The collected user requirements and problems are structured using card sorting. (2) SCT also is useful for applying the data to DEMATEL method. (3)The relationship between user requirements can be shown by DEMATEL method and FCA. DEMATEL method also can make requirements structured. (4) SCT is very convenient method to collect participant’s idea. The data answered by SCT can be analyzed using DEMATEL method and FCA.
