ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to present the process of defining parameters for the assessment of usability of the bus station platform lift interface, in Curitiba City, South of Brazil. The platform lift is a device that allows access for people with mobility restrictions on public transportation in Curitiba. This product features Facility of Operation as its main attribute of usability (Ease of Operation). The good performance of operating effectiveness (effectiveness of operation) enables the use of such equipment in public transport systems in other cities.
