ABSTRACT
The electrode was fabricated and conditioned as previously described (Salaün et al. 2011). It consisted in a gold wire of 5 or 10 μm diameter embedded in a melted plastic tip. Attached to it is a device similar to those found in mobile phones which vibrates the electrode in place of the usual stirring. The reference electrode is a Ag/AgCl/KCl(3M)//0.1 M (NaNO3) and the auxiliary a 150 μm diameter iridium wire. The potentiostat is a uAutolabIII (Ecochemie, The Netherlands) controlled through the GPES software (V4.9).
