ABSTRACT
Hela cells have low baseline ABCA1 expressiong level, so we use Hela cell as a model for everexpression.The ABCA1 protein was mainly located on the cytoplasmic membrane. HeLa cells transfection with pcDNA3.1/ABCA1 plasmids were exposed to arsenic for 48 hr. MTT assay showed that the survival rate of the cells transient overexpression ABCA1have higher than IC50 than control cells (36.74 μM vs. 20.72 μM p < 0.01) (Fig. 2).
