Peak performance is King! Organizations strive to achieve it in their žnancial performance, in their factory line performance, in their departmental or business unit performance, in their sales performance, and in their program and project execution and delivery. However, bottom line, it all comes down to the performance of the individuals. Sustained peak performance is only achievable through creating and building high-performing teams, but the team’s performance is also ultimately dependent on the performance of the individual members.
