ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on how to form effective teams, foster fruitful collaboration, and cultivate community partnerships while moving emerging technologies from the realm of the possible toward invention and innovation. Drawing upon aspects of team building and project management, we offer strategies that support the cohesion necessary to facilitate and inform design, development, and evaluation of QoL technologies. Moreover, we provide examples of their implementation.
