ABSTRACT
Th e membership has included social scientists and representatives of industry and nongovernmental organizations. Th e Council of Great Lakes Research Managers was established by the 3. IJC in 1984 and given board status in 1994. Th e purpose of the Council is to enhance the ability of the IJC to provide effective leadership, guidance, support and evaluation of Great Lakes research as it applies to the Agreement.
