ABSTRACT
Please see and book this 30-year-old Lithuanian woman for antenatal care. She has been in the UK for 3 years and speaks good English. However, she is a little vague about her obstetric history but appears to have one child and lost one child but we have no records. She is currently 20 weeks pregnant, which was confirmed by a first trimester ultrasound scan in your early pregnancy assessment unit and a recent detailed scan was normal.
