ABSTRACT
Ms Cropper has come to the antenatal clinic to discuss her Down’s syndrome screening and chronic villus sampling (CVS) results. She had expected to see the consultant but he has been called away. You are left to counsel her and she has been waiting at least an hour already. At this station you are asked to counsel Ms Cropper and discuss the further management of this pregnancy.
