Patient management problems can be daunting. A PMP is best thought of in terms of a real-life situation. Most of us know how to handle simple and complex scenarios that arise in our clinical practice. The difficulty lies in trying to translate this ability into words that will present a coherent and comprehensive action plan in the examination.
