ABSTRACT
Introduction This chapter deals with two related issues – change management and project management. When projects are developed and managed, it often leads to significant change within an organization. This change also needs to be managed, and thus management of change and management of projects are closely linked to one another. The first part of this chapter is mainly on change management and the second part deals with the broad principles of project management.
