ABSTRACT
The second edition of this volume begins with a particular conceptual framework applicable to all problems in the field. This framework is designed to organize the extraordinarily wide range of factors that must be considered in the approach to forensic psychiatry, so as to make rational analysis systematic, uniform, and more likely to be effective.
