ABSTRACT
An understanding of normal development is paramount to diagnose, treat, or prevent adolescent psychopathologies that have possible links to abnormal development. Normal development can occur across multiple pathways, and this section focuses on four topics: Sociocultural Issues; Cognitive Development; Moral Development; and Interpersonal Relationships.
