ABSTRACT
CHEST PAIN You are a medical PRHO in A&E. Mr Starling, a 50-year-old overweight gentleman, is complaining of severe chest pain. He looks pale and sweaty and his observations are as follows: temperature 36 °C, blood pressure 100/65 mmHg, pulse rate 60 bpm, respiratory rate 15 breaths/min and oxygen saturation 90 per cent in room air. Please take a history and form an immediate management plan.
