ABSTRACT
DIABETES You are a PRHO in general practice and are seeing Mr Keenan, a 60-year-old man with a long-standing history of type II diabetes mellitus. He has come to you for a diabetes check-up – although he is not yet due for his annual review. Please undertake a review of Mr Keenan’s diabetes, and discuss with him what the management plan should be (investigations and follow-up). You will not have time to perform a physical examination; however, you should inform the examiner of what you would like to do.
