ABSTRACT
With the advent of hip arthroscopy we have become aware of a plethora of intra-articular disorders that previously went unrecognized and largely untreated. This development, combined with improved clinical skills and advanced imaging technology, has added immensely to our understanding of the spectrum of disorders in this area.
