ABSTRACT
Epileptic seizures play a variable part in inherited disorders of metabolism and neurodegenerative disorders. The epilepsy may be nonspecific or take such a typical course that its clinical pattern or EEG features, or both, act as significant aids in early diagnosis. In order to present the most important disorders in detail, a selection is made of those where:
