ABSTRACT
On the morning of September 11, 2001, America suered a well-coordinated terrorist attack. On that morning, close to three thousand people died. While we consider the threat from Middle Eastern organizations and are vigilant against this threat, we have other threats against not only the American homeland, but against Americans worldwide. is threat originates from some of our neighbors to the south. Our country has seen attacks from Puerto Rican nationals, anti-Castro organizations, and other groups.
