ABSTRACT

Water resource managers have the responsibility to deliver water of sufcient quality to urban, agricultural, and industrial users as well as to maintain the recreational and ecological amenity of the inland water bodies under their control. Remote sensing is a useful tool to allow managers to monitor the quality of water economically.
